In "kurier.at" wurde ein interessanter Artikel über den Fachkräftemangel in Österreich veröffentlicht.
Laut dem Artikel: "den Fachkräftemangel gibt es", sagt Andreas Gruber, Arbeitsmarktexperte der Industriellenvereinigung (IV) anlässlich einer Pressekonferenz diese Woche. Und präsentiert dazu aktuelle Zahlen: Eine Analyse der gemeldeten offenen Stellen beim Arbeitsmarktservice (AMS) versus der Anzahl der Bewerber zeigt, dass Fräser, Dreher, Schweißer, Dachdecker, Bauspengler und Maschinenbauer stärker nachgefragt sind, als es Bewerber für diese Jobs gibt.
"Von einem Mangelberuf spricht man, wenn auf eine offene Stelle nicht mehr als 1,5 Bewerber kommen", so Gruber. Den Fachkräftemangel spüre man vor allem in den sogenannten MINT-Fächern (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Technik), in diesen Bereichen liege auch viel Potenzial brach, "aber es gelingt uns etwa nicht, Frauen für technische Berufe zu begeistern. Das ist aus wirtschaftspolitischer Sicht schockierend", bedauert Gruber.

My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on numerous websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard very good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be really appreciated!
